AC Milan is actively seeking a robust goal-scorer for the upcoming summer transfer window, a key priority for coach Massimiliano Allegri. Previous attempts to strengthen their attack, including the January addition of Niclas Füllkrug and a failed last-minute deal for Jean-Philippe Mateta from Crystal Palace, did not yield the desired results.
According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri are currently exploring various options in the transfer market. Moise Kean and Dusan Vlahovic have been identified as potential targets, though their acquisitions would be costly due to Kean’s release clause and Vlahovic’s high salary demands.
Milan is also closely monitoring Serhou Guirassy, who is currently under contract with Borussia Dortmund until 2028. The Italian club had previously shown interest in him before his €18 million move in 2024. Guirassy boasts an impressive record of 54 goals in 86 appearances for his current team.
Last summer, the Rossoneri explored a move for Nicolas Jackson, who subsequently joined Bayern Munich on loan from Chelsea. Bayern Munich is reportedly unlikely to activate his €67 million buy option. Jackson has scored 5 goals in 22 appearances to date, and Milan has a history of successful transfer dealings with Chelsea.
Club officials might also consider inquiring about Mateo Retegui and Darwin Núñez, despite their transfers to Saudi Arabian clubs for significant fees and high salaries. Núñez, in particular, has seen his playing time reduced since Karim Benzema’s arrival at his club.
