Ana Ivanovic and Bastian Schweinsteiger Part Ways

Former world No. 1 tennis player Ana Ivanovic and ex-German national football team player Bastian Schweinsteiger have ended their marriage after nine years together.

According to reports, the couple separated about two months ago. They have three sons: Luka (7 years old), Leon (4), and Theo (1).

The 37-year-old Serbian is currently living with her children in Belgrade, while Schweinsteiger continues his work as a television pundit in Germany and frequently travels.

Ivanovic retired from professional tennis in 2016 after winning 15 singles titles. Schweinsteiger’s illustrious career includes eight German championships, a Champions League title, and a World Cup victory.

The couple’s relationship had been a high-profile one in the sports world, with their wedding reportedly costing around one million euros. Despite the end of their marriage, both continue to focus on their respective careers and family responsibilities.
