Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti commented on Kylian Mbappe’s performance in the La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano (2:1).
“This goal seems important to me. Vinicius and Mbappe scored two impressive goals. Until the 70th minute, they played very well and had chances to make it 3:1. Mbappe played magnificently, he scored a spectacular goal. He fought, fell to get the ball. The goal happened because he went to get the ball in midfield and then escaped the defense with his movement. It’s a fantastic goal, he did everything very well,” said Ancelotti.
This season, the 26-year-old French forward has played 41 matches across all competitions, scoring 28 goals and providing 4 assists.
