However, acquiring Bastoni this summer will not be easy for Barcelona. Bastoni: An Ideal Acquisition for Barcelona
If Barcelona truly decides to invest significantly in a central defender, there is no doubt that Bastoni would be the best choice. He would instantly raise the level of the defense, and his ability to play with the ball would perfectly fit Hansi Flick’s system.
However, this will only be possible if Barcelona returns to La Liga’s “1:1” rule before the summer transfer window opens in early July.
