Bayern Munich’s Tel Set for Loan Move to Tottenham

According to reliable football insider Fabrizio Romano, Bayern Munich’s young striker Mathys Tel is on the verge of joining Tottenham Hotspur on a loan deal. The North London club will not have an option to purchase the player at the end of the loan period.

Tel’s current contract with Bayern Munich runs until the summer of 2029. The 18-year-old French forward is valued at approximately €30 million by Transfermarkt. Since joining the Bavarian giants, Tel has made 83 appearances across all competitions, scoring 16 goals and providing 7 assists.

This move could provide Tel with more regular playing time in the Premier League, while Tottenham gains a talented young attacker to bolster their squad for the remainder of the season. The lack of a purchase option suggests Bayern Munich still sees Tel as a part of their long-term plans.
