Betis Nearing Loan Deal for Manchester United’s Antony

Manchester United midfielder Antony could be on his way to Real Betis on a loan deal, according to reports. The two clubs are said to be in advanced negotiations to complete the transfer.

Sources indicate that the agreement is close to being finalized. At present, neither club is planning to include a purchase option in the loan arrangement.

Antony joined Manchester United from Ajax in the summer of 2022. Since then, the 24-year-old Brazilian has made 95 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 12 goals and providing five assists across all competitions.

This potential move could provide Antony with more regular playing time and an opportunity to rediscover his form in La Liga, while allowing Manchester United to trim their squad and potentially free up resources for other transfers.
