Yann Aurel Bisseck jokingly stated on social media that he feels ‘ten years older’ after Inter Milan’s thrilling comeback win against Monza on Saturday.
The Nerazzurri secured a crucial 3-2 victory against Monza at San Siro last night. Monza is currently in last place in Serie A.
Monza surprisingly took a 2-0 lead in the first half. However, Inter fought back, with Marko Arnautovic scoring before halftime. In the second half, Hakan Calhanoglu scored, and Giorgos Kyriakopoulos scored an own goal, securing a 3-2 victory for Inter. This win extends Inter’s lead to four points over second-place Napoli.
Bisseck came on as a substitute in the second half, replacing Benjamin Pavard. He then made a humorous comment on social media about the intense nature of Inter’s victory.
“I am also ten years older now,” the German defender wrote in an Instagram story in Italian.
Inter will be paying close attention to Napoli’s home match against Fiorentina today.
Napoli will be aiming to break their five-game winless streak and close the gap to just one point behind the reigning champions.
Inter’s next Serie A game is away against Atalanta next Sunday in Bergamo.
