AC Milan has announced their starting lineup for the friendly match against Chelsea, featuring Alexis Saelemaekers, Rafael Leao, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Luka Modric and Ardon Jashari are available as substitutes.
The match is scheduled to kick off at Stamford Bridge at 15:00 UK time (14:00 GMT) as part of both teams` pre-season preparations. This follows AC Milan`s 1-1 draw with Leeds United yesterday.
Manager Max Allegri has opted for a 4-2-3-1 formation, with former Chelsea players Fikayo Tomori and Loftus-Cheek in the starting XI. Leao will once again play as a center-forward, as Santiago Gimenez only recently began pre-season training.
Despite being subjects of transfer speculation, Saelemaekers, Yunus Musah, and Filippo Terracciano are all included in the starting lineup. Summer signing Samuele Ricci will lead the midfield, with Modric, Jashari, and Pervis Estupinan on the bench.
Christian Pulisic is still recovering from an ankle injury and will not participate in the match.
