Legendary Serie A forward Antonio Di Natale has shared his thoughts on the current top talents in Italian football. In a recent interview, the former Udinese striker highlighted Juventus youngster Kenan Yildiz as the standout player in Serie A and revealed his pick for the most undervalued Italian international.
Di Natale lavished praise on 20-year-old Yildiz, describing him as “the best player in Serie A” with “the brightest future ahead.” Despite Yildiz`s recent fatigue issues, Di Natale believes the young Turkish international has incredible potential.
“He`s a classic number 10,” Di Natale explained. “While he may not score more than 15 goals a season, he can change games. His talent at such a young age is remarkable – there are few players in Europe who can make the kind of plays he does at 20 years old.”
When asked about other exciting Serie A players, Di Natale mentioned AC Milan`s veteran midfielder Luka Modric: “At 40 years old, he`s still a spectacle and plays a crucial role. There`s no one else like him in the world.”
The Italian also singled out Napoli`s Matteo Politano as the most underrated player in the national team setup. “Politano has always been undervalued at Napoli,” Di Natale stated. “Under Conte`s guidance, he`s developing into one of Europe`s top wingers.”
Di Natale`s comments offer valuable insight into the current landscape of Italian football, highlighting both emerging talents and experienced stars who continue to shine in Serie A.
