Gennady Golubin, representing the interests of Real Sociedad midfielder Arsen Zakharyan, stated in an interview that the Russian player is continuing to regain his form after an injury.
“What is the coaching staff’s plan for Arsen? I cannot say for sure, as only they know. Arsen will return to the field when the coach deems it necessary. Real Sociedad had been performing poorly, but they have slightly improved the situation with two consecutive victories. There is squad rotation. Arsen is working and preparing. He will come onto the field and play when the coach sees fit. Currently, he is still gaining form. Patience and hard work will overcome everything. He is working to his full capacity, preparing for every game,” said Golubin.
In the current season, the 21-year-old Russian has played for 13 minutes. The midfielder has missed a significant portion of the season due to injury.
