Hoffenheim Signs Lyon Striker Gift Orban
Bundesliga club Hoffenheim has announced the acquisition of striker Gift Orban from French side Lyon. The 22-year-old Nigerian talent has committed to a long-term contract with the German team.
According to media reports, the transfer fee is estimated at 9 million euros, with potential bonuses reaching up to 3 million euros. This move marks a significant addition to Hoffenheim’s attacking lineup.
Orban’s tenure with Lyon began in January of last year. During his time with the French club, he made 21 appearances and found the back of the net five times, showcasing his potential as a promising young forward.
