Saudi Arabia was recently selected by FIFA to host the 2034 World Cup. The Middle Eastern country has launched an ambitious project to build some of the world’s most advanced and futuristic stadiums for the tournament a decade from now. Some are already under construction, others will be renovated, and the rest will be built from scratch. Here are some of the stadiums that will host matches during the 2034 World Cup in Saudi Arabia:

Situated 350 meters above ground on a cliff edge. Accessible by boat. Capacity of 50,000.
Aramco Stadium
Located on the Persian Gulf coast, its architecture celebrates the dynamic nature of the sea and the shape of whirlpools regularly formed along the shoreline.
Qiddiya Coast Stadium
