Simone Inzaghi, the coach of Inter Milan, expressed his satisfaction with his team’s performance after their 2-1 victory over Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-final first leg. The Italian side ended Bayern’s four-year unbeaten home record in the competition with a display of tactical acumen and determination.

Lautaro Martinez opened the scoring for Inter with a precise finish, showcasing the visitors’ early dominance. Although Thomas Muller equalized for Bayern in the second half, substitute Davide Frattesi sealed the win for Inter with a late goal, capitalizing on a swift counterattack.
