Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has opted to give some rest to important players Lautaro Martinez, Nicolo Barella, and Alessandro Bastoni for tonight’s Champions League Round of 16 second leg game against Feyenoord.

The match is scheduled to start at 8 PM.

Inter enters this second leg with a comfortable 2-0 lead from the first match in Rotterdam. This advantage means Inter can still advance to the quarter-finals even if they lose by a single goal.

The winner of this match will face either Bayern Munich or Bayer Leverkusen in the quarter-finals.

With a crucial Serie A game against Atalanta approaching this weekend, Inzaghi is managing his squad’s fitness.

Bastoni is on the bench, with Carlos Augusto returning to the left-back position. Benjamin Pavard, Stefan De Vrij, and Yann Aurel Bisseck will form the defensive trio.

The midfield remains strong with Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, while Davide Frattesi replaces Nicolo Barella.

Mehdi Taremi will partner Marcus Thuram in attack, as captain Lautaro is rested due to minor muscular fatigue.
