According to reports, Simone Inzaghi has identified Nico Paz from Como as Inter Milan’s top priority signing for the summer transfer window. Inter’s vice-president Javier Zanetti is already in discussions with the player’s father, Pablo.
Sources indicate that Inter coach Inzaghi is keen to include Nico Paz in his squad for the next season, making his acquisition a priority this summer.
Nico Paz is considered a highly promising talent in the league, having scored six goals and provided five assists in 25 Serie A appearances for Como.
The 20-year-old joined Como permanently from Real Madrid last summer. However, Real Madrid retains a buy-back option for the Argentine player, which they can exercise at the end of this season or in 2026.
Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has publicly praised the young Argentine talent. It remains uncertain whether Real Madrid will decide to activate their buy-back clause this summer.
It is well-known that Inter Milan has been closely monitoring Nico Paz throughout this season. Vice-president Zanetti has already engaged in informal talks with Nico Paz’s father, Pablo, who was his former teammate in the Argentina national team during the 1998 World Cup.
