Juventus Eager to Secure Long-Term Deal for PSG Loanee Kolo Muani
Despite only joining Juventus on a short-term loan from Paris Saint-Germain in January, Randal Kolo Muani has already made a significant impact, prompting the Italian club to consider a permanent move for the 26-year-old French striker.
Kolo Muani’s tenure at Juventus has been nothing short of impressive. In just three Serie A appearances, he has found the back of the net five times, quickly establishing himself as a key player in Thiago Motta’s squad. This remarkable start has solidified Juventus’ desire to extend his stay beyond the initial six-month loan period.
Although the current agreement with PSG does not include an option for a permanent transfer, Juventus remains undeterred. The club’s director, Cristiano Giuntoli, has expressed their intention to engage in negotiations with PSG at the conclusion of the season.
Speaking to the media before a crucial UEFA Champions League play-off match, Giuntoli stated, “We have an excellent relationship with PSG and acted swiftly to secure Kolo Muani’s services. Our goal is to continue our partnership with him, and we plan to discuss options to make this happen once the season ends.”
With Kolo Muani’s contract at PSG valid until 2028, Juventus faces a potentially challenging negotiation process. However, the player’s outstanding performances in Turin may strengthen their position as they seek to make his move permanent.
