Juventus is reportedly considering Roberto De Zerbi as a possible successor to Thiago Motta if the current coach is replaced at the end of the season.
The Turin-based club currently sits fourth in Serie A, and their performance is not fully satisfying the high expectations of the fans. Adding to the pressure, they were recently eliminated from the Coppa Italia after a defeat on penalties to Empoli.
According to reports, Thiago Motta’s position could be at risk if Juventus fails to qualify for the Champions League next season. Consequently, the club is exploring potential replacements.
While other names like Antonio Conte, Gian Piero Gasperini, and Igor Tudor are also being considered, Roberto De Zerbi has reportedly impressed Juventus with his work at Olympique de Marseille. However, he is considered an outside candidate as there has been no prior contact between him and the club.
