Juventus Mulls Rashford Transfer as Other Clubs Express Interest
According to recent reports, Manchester United has proposed a transfer of Marcus Rashford to Juventus. The 27-year-old English striker is expected to depart Old Trafford either in January or during the summer transfer window. Manchester United is reportedly seeking around €50 million for the player.
While Juventus is considering the offer, they are not the only club interested in Rashford. Both Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring the talented forward.
However, Juventus’ involvement in any potential transfer may be contingent on Manchester United agreeing to a loan deal for Rashford in January, with the English club potentially covering a portion of his substantial wages. Juventus is said to have a budget of approximately €3-4 million allocated for a potential loan move for Rashford in January.
Interestingly, Juventus manager Thiago Motta reportedly prefers Joshua Zirkzee, Rashford’s teammate, as a transfer target. Zirkzee previously played under Motta at Bologna, scoring 14 goals in 57 appearances before joining Manchester United last summer.
As the January transfer window approaches, it remains to be seen how this situation will unfold and where Rashford will ultimately end up playing in the coming months.
