Alessio Tacchinardi, who previously played for Juventus, has urged the club to sign Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho. The former midfielder believes Juventus would be an ideal destination for Sancho to rediscover his top form.
“Juventus could be really good for Sancho,” Tacchinardi stated in an interview. “He was phenomenal at Dortmund and needs to find himself again. Juventus must sign him.”
Tacchinardi Discusses Other Transfer Rumors
Regarding striker Randal Kolo Muani, who spent time on loan at Juventus last season, Tacchinardi said: “He`s a great player but not a leader. I haven`t seen him as particularly exuberant or someone who inspires the team. I`d sign him for €35-40 million maximum, but definitely not €50 million.”
Tacchinardi expressed surprise at Juventus selling right-back Alberto Costa to Porto after just six months. He noted that past poor financial decisions are now impacting the club`s transfer activities.
High Praise for Sancho`s Potential
On Sancho specifically, Tacchinardi was effusive: “He`s an excellent player who hasn`t reached his full potential recently. Maybe expectations or environmental factors held him back, but he has all the ability to have a great season. Technically he is very strong and can be decisive in an attacking midfield role. Juventus must sign him.”
