Le Havre in Negotiations with Fodé Ballo-Touré Following AC Milan Exit
Le Havre AC has initiated discussions with the representatives of Fodé Ballo-Touré, the 28-year-old defender who recently ended his contract with AC Milan. The French club is keen on securing the left-back’s services before the transfer window concludes.
However, Ballo-Touré may need to accept a considerable salary reduction to facilitate the move. Le Havre, currently battling relegation, faces competition from Monza, who are also interested in the Paris Saint-Germain academy graduate.
Ballo-Touré’s time at Milan, which began in 2021, proved challenging. He made only 26 appearances for the Italian club and was excluded from this season’s main squad, instead finding limited playing time with the club’s newly established U23 team.
As Le Havre pushes to strengthen their squad, the potential acquisition of Ballo-Touré could provide a boost to their efforts to avoid relegation. The coming days will be crucial in determining whether the French defender will make his return to Ligue 1 with Le Havre.
