Le Havre’s Anticipated Starting XI for Monaco Clash: Midfield and Forward Adjustments Expected

As Le Havre AC prepares to host AS Monaco in a critical Ligue 1 fixture, manager Didier Digard may be considering some tactical adjustments. With the team still fighting to secure their top-flight status, every decision could prove crucial in the remaining four matches of the season.

Following their narrow 2-1 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain last week, Digard is likely to maintain much of the same lineup. However, there are indications that Mahamadou Diawara might be relegated to the substitutes’ bench for this encounter. In a potentially significant offensive shift, André Ayew could be reintroduced to the starting formation to spearhead the attack for Le Havre. This change would likely result in Egyptian forward Ahmed Hassan being moved to the bench for the visit of Monaco.

Le Havre will continue to be without the services of key defender Arouna Sangante, who is serving a suspension. Additionally, Yanis Zouaoui will also be unavailable due to disciplinary reasons.

Le Havre’s Probable Lineup Against Monaco:

Goalkeeper: Mathieu Gorgelin
Defenders: Fodé Ballo-Touré, Gautier Lloris, Étienne Youte Kinkoue, Loïc Négo
Midfielders: Abdoulaye Touré, Junior Mwanga, Yassine Kechta
Forwards: Issa Soumaré, André Ayew, Josué Casimir
