Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappe has offered his condolences on the passing of Barcelona’s doctor, Carles Minyarro Garcia.
Mbappe shared a message on social media, writing “Rest in peace, Carles,” accompanied by a photograph of Garcia.
Due to Garcia’s death, the La Liga matchday 27 game between Barcelona and Osasuna, originally scheduled for March 8th, has been postponed.
The match between Barcelona and Osasuna might be rescheduled for April 26th or May 21st, depending on Barcelona’s performance in the Champions League and the Spanish Cup.
After 26 matchdays in La Liga, Barcelona leads the league table with 57 points, while Osasuna is in 11th position with 33 points.
