Ndoye’s Transfer to Nottingham Forest Among Bologna’s Biggest Sales

Dan Ndoye`s impending transfer to Nottingham Forest is poised to become one of Bologna`s most significant player sales in history. The Swiss international`s move, reportedly worth over €40 million, will place him alongside recent high-profile departures like Riccardo Calafiori and Joshua Zirkzee.

While exact figures vary, reports suggest the deal could reach up to €49 million including bonuses. At a minimum of €40 million, Ndoye`s transfer will rank among Bologna`s top three most expensive sales ever.

This continues a trend of lucrative Premier League moves for Bologna players. Last summer, Calafiori joined Arsenal for around €48 million, while Zirkzee moved to Manchester United for €42.5 million.

Other notable recent sales include Sam Beukema to Napoli for €30 million and Simone Verdi`s €24.5 million transfer to Napoli in 2018.

Bologna`s Most Valuable Player Sales Before Ndoye

  1. Riccardo Calafiori to Arsenal (€48m)
  2. Joshua Zirkzee to Manchester United (€42.5m)
  3. Sam Beukema to Napoli (€30m)
  4. Simone Verdi to Napoli (€24.5m)
  5. Arthur Theate to Rennes (€19m)
  6. Takehiro Tomiyasu to Arsenal (€18.6m)
  7. Gaston Ramirez to Southampton (€15.2m)
  8. Amadou Diawara to Napoli (€14.5m)
  9. Aaron Hickey to Brentford (€14.25m)
  10. Jerdy Schouten to PSV (€12.35m)

Ndoye`s transfer, once completed, will likely place him near the top of this list, further cementing Bologna`s reputation for developing and selling high-value talent to top European clubs.
