AS Roma has officially announced that Leandro Paredes has prolonged his contract with the club until June 2026.
In a statement, Roma expressed their delight in confirming the contract extension for the Argentine midfielder, which will keep him at the club until June 30, 2026.
Paredes, a World Cup winner with Argentina in 2022, has a significant history with the Giallorossi.
The 30-year-old initially joined Roma in 2014 from Boca Juniors and played for the team in the 2014-15 and 2016-17 seasons. After a period away, he returned to the club in 2023. To date, he has made 129 appearances for Roma, scoring 10 goals.
The club extended their congratulations to Paredes on his new deal.
This season, Paredes has played in 27 matches across all competitions, contributing with one goal and one assist.
