OGC Nice Manager Franck Haise Addresses Recent Struggles

Following a 2-1 home defeat to FC Nantes, Haise reflected on the team’s performance. Despite dominating possession and creating numerous shots, Nice struggled to break down Nantes’ defensive strategy. Haise acknowledged the challenge, stating, “We controlled the game but couldn’t find the decisive opportunity. Breaking through compact defenses is difficult for teams that aren’t PSG.”

The manager believes his team has been unlucky in recent games, citing close matches against Lyon and Monaco, as well as a last-minute equalizer conceded to Auxerre. “We’re not getting the results our performances deserve,” Haise commented. “We’re going through a tough period and need to push even harder to turn things around.”
