Parma is in advanced discussions with PSV Eindhoven regarding the transfer of Romanian international Dennis Man. The Italian club has set an asking price of €10 million for the 26-year-old forward.
According to reports, formal negotiations have begun and are progressing well. PSV Eindhoven appears undeterred by the €10 million price tag, viewing Man as an ideal replacement for Johan Bakayoko, who is set to join RB Leipzig for double that amount.
Man Seeks New Challenge After Parma Stint
The Romanian player, who will turn 27 this month, joined Parma in January 2021 for €12.6 million from Steaua Bucharest. During the previous Serie A season, Man made 33 appearances, scoring four goals and providing five assists.
This performance was a slight decline compared to his impressive record in Serie B, where he scored 11 goals in 32 games, helping Parma secure promotion to the top flight.
As PSV Eindhoven looks to bolster their attacking options, the potential acquisition of Dennis Man could provide the Dutch side with a versatile forward capable of making an immediate impact in the Eredivisie.
