Juventus has received positive news regarding defender Renato Veiga, who has resumed full training with the team. He is expected to be fit and available for the upcoming Serie A match against Atalanta on Sunday.
Veiga, a Portuguese player, had sustained a muscle injury during a Champions League game against PSV in mid-February, forcing him to the sidelines.
For the past few weeks, Veiga has been training individually. However, reports from Sky Sport Italia and journalist Romeo Agresti indicate that he participated fully in Friday’s training session with the rest of the Juventus squad.

This return is a significant boost for Juventus coach Thiago Motta, especially as Federico Gatti continues to train separately, just days before the important home game against Atalanta.
Juventus is currently in fourth place in the league standings, trailing Atalanta by three points.
Despite recent disappointments with eliminations from the Champions League and Coppa Italia, Juventus has been successful in Serie A, winning five consecutive matches and closing the gap to league leaders Inter to just six points.
Since joining Juventus on loan from Chelsea in January, Veiga has played in five games for the Bianconeri.
