Rennes Targets Lucas Gourna-Douath to Reinforce Midfield

Rennes, the French Ligue 1 club, is reportedly setting its sights on Lucas Gourna-Douath, the 21-year-old midfielder currently playing for Red Bull Salzburg. This potential move comes as part of Rennes’ broader strategy to bolster their squad during the winter transfer window, aiming to improve their performance under manager Jorge Sampaoli.

The club has already made significant additions to their roster, including goalkeeper Brice Samba from Lens, midfielder Seko Fofana from Al-Nassr, and striker Kyogo Furuhashi from Celtic. These transfers demonstrate Rennes’ commitment to strengthening various positions on the field.
