Roberto Pruzzo Weighs In on Moise Kean’s Future at Fiorentina

Former Fiorentina striker Roberto Pruzzo has offered his perspective on the rising star Moise Kean, who has had an exceptional season with 24 goals for both Fiorentina and the Italian national team. Despite Kean’s impressive performance, Pruzzo believes there’s no need for panic if someone triggers the player’s 52 million euro release clause.

Speaking to Lady Radio, Pruzzo commented on Kean’s recent goal: “Hien’s mistake was crucial in Kean’s goal, a naivety typically seen in lower divisions. With the ball at his feet, Kean demonstrated superior speed, and when faced with Carnesecchi, he finished with great precision, placing the ball in an unreachable spot for the goalkeeper.”

Regarding Kean’s future prospects, Pruzzo stated: “The Fiorentina striker is in exceptional form and is completing his maturation process. If an offer of 52 million euros were to come in for him, it would be an acceptable sale. It wouldn’t make sense to renew his contract again, given that it was already signed a few months ago. In situations like this, the player should show gratitude towards Fiorentina, who gave him confidence after two difficult seasons.”

Pruzzo’s comments highlight the delicate balance between nurturing young talent and making sound financial decisions in modern football. As Kean continues to impress, Fiorentina may face tough choices regarding his future with the club.
