Tottenham and Manchester United Eye Loan Deal for PSG Forward Kolo Muani

Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are reportedly considering a loan move for Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani during the January transfer window. The 26-year-old French international has struggled to secure regular playing time since joining PSG at the start of the 2023/24 season.

According to reports, other Premier League clubs and Italian side Juventus have also expressed interest in Kolo Muani. However, Tottenham and Manchester United are currently leading the race for the unsettled forward. PSG recently rejected a straightforward loan offer from AS Monaco, as the Parisian club prefers either a permanent sale or a loan with an option to buy.

Despite his difficulties in Ligue 1, Kolo Muani remains a key player for the French national team under manager Didier Deschamps. This ongoing international success adds intrigue to the striker’s challenging situation at his hometown club.

PSG coach Luis Enrique has often preferred to use Gonçalo Ramos or employ a false nine system, leaving Kolo Muani on the sidelines. The forward was even excluded from matchday squads leading up to the winter break, further fueling speculation about his future at the club.

As the January transfer window progresses, it remains to be seen whether Tottenham, Manchester United, or another suitor will secure a deal for the talented but currently out-of-favor Kolo Muani.
