The second leg of the playout final in Italy’s Serie A KINTO futsal league concluded with a 1-1 draw, a result that was sufficient for Fortitudo Pomezia to maintain their status in the top tier of Italian futsal.
Thanks to their 4-3 victory in the first leg, the Pomezia-based team secured their survival in the elite division. This draw in the decisive match guaranteed their continued presence among Italy’s top futsal clubs.
Conversely, Active Network Viterbo faced a different fate. Despite their efforts in the second leg, the draw meant they could not overcome the deficit from the first match, leading to their relegation from Serie A KINTO.
The 1-1 tie in Game 2 of the playout final marked the end of the season for both teams, with Fortitudo Pomezia celebrating their successful fight for survival and Active Network Viterbo facing the disappointment of demotion.
