Ethiopia’s authorities and rebels have agreed to permit quick humanitarian entry to Tigray and different areas within the north.
The pledge, signed in Nairobi, Kenya, is the most recent step in direction of ending two years of battle.
It follows final week’s talks on implementing a peace deal agreed originally of November.
