Italia, il nuovo CT è l'ultima cosa
Testo Refraseado (Italiano)

Italian football, and particularly our national team, faces challenges far more complex than the mere selection of a new head coach. It would be a superficial mistake to believe that a change on the bench could magically resolve the deep-seated structural problems afflicting the entire system.
The real issue that needs addressing concerns the foundational development of young talent, the quality and integrity of youth championships, the adoption of a clear and modern playing philosophy at all levels, and the implementation of consistent and sustainable long-term planning – aspects that often appear deficient.
Only by analyzing and resolving these deep-rooted, systemic problems can we genuinely hope for a lasting and significant rebirth for our football. In this broader and more critical context, the identity of the next CT (coach) is, quite frankly, the least of our concerns: a symptom of a condition, not the cure.
